Come and join us for a cooking workshop to learn how to prepare traditional Galician tapas. Discover the culinary secrets of La Coruña!

Galician Cooking Workshop

We'll meet at the indicated time at the Rúa Alfredo Vicenti in La Coruña, where the guide will show you all the secrets of Galician gastronomy. We'll explain the menu and the tasks needed to be done before we set to work!

Once we understand more about the ingredients we'll be using, we'll start following the chef's instructions to get the most out of the fresh Galician products, turning them into brilliant tapas.

During this class, we'll learn how to create some of the most traditional tapas, depending on the availability of the ingredients. We usually prepare a special tuna saladprawn salpicónmussels cooked in Godello wine, raxo a la gallega with patatas bravas, and the famous Santiago cake, just to name a few.

Once we've prepared our dishes, we'll taste the Galician fruits of our labor. Enjoy!

The experience will end 1.5 hours later.
