    We arrived 15 minutes in advance at the meeting point and we search for the guide with a bleu umbrella as describe in the booking email. Unfortunately, no guide was found after 30 minutes. We tried to call the phone number written in the booking vouchers and nobody answered (we left a voice message as well). We believe the tour did not take place but it would be good to be informed in advance. After all of this, we received an email to ask to rate our tour that did not took place.
