Pasta Cooking Class
Meet your guide at either 11:30 am or 3:30 pm, depending on the option you've chosen, at the meeting point in Bari. From there, we'll delve deep into the Apulian city's historic centre, discovering emblematic buildings like Bari Cathedral and the Basilica di San Nicola as we explore the narrow streets.
We'll walk along the seafront promenade and make a stop at the popular Bari Fish Market, before heading to the home of Signora Maria, a local expert in pasta making who will host our cooking class. The pasta masterclass will begin with a lesson on how to shape the dough to make the famous orecchiette. Do you want to know what the secret of the recipe is?
Having shaped the pasta, we'll cook the pasta with Signora Maria, and once it's al dente, we'll sit down at the table to enjoy a plate of orecchiette in true traditional style. And of course, we'll wash the mouth-watering meal down with a glass of local wine - cheers!
