Take a tour of the south of Cappadocia and visit the most important landmarks in the region. The sight of beautiful valleys and stunning houses and forts carved into the rock will take your breath away.
Itinerary
We will collect you from your hotel before starting our comprehensive tour of the southern region of Cappadocia.
Our first stop is the Red and Rose Valleys, where we will take a hike through these wonderful landscapes. This area, which is famous for trekking, is riddled with lovely hillside paths which connect the surrounding tiny villages. We will stroll through both valleys so you can appreciate all the different colours of the unique rock formations that characterize this area.
We will continue our tour of South Cappadocia at the village of Çavuşin, a labyrinth of pretty houses carved into the hillside rocks. You will hear all about the history of this region and the different communities which have inhabited it over time.
Our tour then continues to another peculiar village. Kaymakli Underground City, as the name suggests, is a completely subterranean network of caverns and tunnels which was used as a refuge from the many invasions which Cappadocia suffered throughout history.
We will finally return to your hotel in Göreme at around 4 pm.

If you are staying in another area which is not listed above, we will pick you up from 41 Istiklal in Ürgüp.
Covid-19 Measures
All of our providers comply with local legislation and applicable health recommendations regarding protection and safety, to help avoid the spread of Covid-19. Specifically, the provider of this tour will apply the following measures:
- The use of masks is obligatory. The client must bring their own mask.
- All those running the service (guide, driver etc...) will wear a mask throughout its duration.
- The transport used will be disinfected before and after each service and deep-cleaned every 24 hours.
- Showing your voucher on your phone will be enough, and it is not necessary to print anything.
- The temperature of all attendees will be taken, and admission will be denied to those with a temperature of more than 37 degrees Celsius (99 Fahrenheit).
