Chiang Mai Night Safari Ticket
Hop on board a tram at the Chiang Mai Night Safari and enjoy the unique experience of seeing how some of the world's most incredible animals live when the sun goes down.
Chiang Mai Night Safari
Chiang Mai Night Safari is Thailand's fist nocturnal zoo and since opening in 2006, it has become one of the city's most popular attractions. The park cares for over 1400 animals, 134 of which are endangered species, and it offers the unqiue opportunity for visitors to see how these creatures live during the night, the time when they are most active. Like regular zoos, they also offer the safari during the day time to see the animals while it's light.
The safari involves a tram ride through the nature park, giving you the unforgettable experience of admiring some of the world's most magnificent animals up close whether during the light of day or after night has fallen.
Iguanas, alpacas, sloths and Malayan tapirs await you at the Chiang Mai Night Safari. The tram first takes you through the Savana Safari, where you travel through a recreation of the African plains to see the giraffes, hippopotamus, zebras and wildebeast that roam the continent. The Predator Zone is the next station along the route - spot white tigers, lions, spotted hyenas and more... if you dare!
The Chiang Mai nocturnal zoo also offers a walking tour called the Jaguar Trail, where children and adults of all ages can learn fun facts about the safari's fauna while seeing the different animals who live here. A unique experience to see everything from cloud leopards and squirrel monkeys to sun bears and red kangaroos!
