Mason Tour of Madrid

We will meet up at the foot of the statue of Charles III, in Puerta del Sol square in the heart of the city, to begin a two-hour tour of the history of Freemasonry in Madrid.

We will be transported to the 18th century to learn about the beginnings of Freemasonry in Madrid and then to the great emergence of Masonic symbolism in the 19th century when Masons began to leave their marks on the architecture of the city.

During the tour, we will explore the grand Puerta del Sol and visit the hangouts of secret societies in the streets of the picturesque Barrio de las Letras neighborhood. We will discover the hermetic language of the Ateneo de Madrid and discover secrets hidden in the Congress of Deputies. We will stroll along the Paseo del Prado in search of Masonic symbols and end the visit at the goddess Cybele.

Once the tour is over, you will know everything there is to know about Freemasons, Masonic symbolism, the occult, and secret societies.

• A safe distance of one metre between clients will be maintained whenever possible.
• The use of masks is obligatory. The client must bring their own mask.
• All those running the service (guide, driver etc...) will wear a mask throughout its duration.
