City card with 3 attractions + museum
With this option, you can visit three monuments located in the districts of Sasso Caveoso and Sasso Barisano, in the heart of Matera's historical centre: the Madonna delle Grazie cave church, the Casa Grotta and the San Antonio Abad cave church.
You can also extend your experience by visiting one of the two museums included. The Museo della Bruna offers a virtual reality tour of one of the city's most famous festivals. At the Racconti in Pietra, ideal for children, you'll travel back to the age of the dinosaurs to discover the most ancient stories of the city.
City card with 6 attractions
This option includes admission to all the attractions and museums mentioned in the previous option plus the Casa Cava.
Validity
The Sassi di Matera City Card is activated when you use it for the first time at one of the included attractions. The card is then valid for 48 hours, so, if you use the card on a Tuesday at 1 pm, you can use it until Thursday at 1 pm.
Collection
Once you've purchased the card, you can collect it from number 15, via Lucana, in Matera. The office is open at the following times:
Monday to Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm.
Sunday: 9 am - 1 pm.
