Stand Up Paddle Course
If you're a beginner, and want to learn the basics of this sport, then there's no better way than with this 3 hour course, where the instructor will teach you everything from the health benefits to the various techniques involved: stood up, kneeling, andto enter and leave the water.
The course takes place daily at 10:30 am.
Board and Oar Rental
If you already know what you're doing, or you prefer to learn by yourself, you can also rent all the material you'll nead - the price is € 15 (US$ 18) for 1.5 hours of rental.

Stand Up Paddle, also known as SUP, or Paddleboarding, originated in the Pacific Islands, where it was a means of getting around. Then in around 1960, it was used by surf instructors, so they could check on their students better.
Its popularity has exploded over recent years, and plenty of celebrities have been spotted trying it out: Pierce Brosnan, Cindy Crawford, Jennifer Anniston, Matt Damon, Shakira, Gerard Piqué and Lewis Hamilton are just some examples.
