We'll meet at 9:30 am in front of St. George's Church and set off on our gastronomic tour of George Town. Many surprises await us in the capital of Penang!
We'll start off by admiring this magnificent neoclassical church's façade. Then we'll start to explore the street stalls of George Town and taste up to 10 typical products. The fusion of cultures will blow your mind!
Our tour will continue at the Goddess of Mercy Temple, Kong Hock Keong, the first place of worship built by Chinese settlers in the 18th century. Here we'll learn about the role food plays in the prayers of the locals.
The food tour will end in the city centre at 1 pm.
