Transport from Reykjavik to Keflavik airport
When you make the reservation, you must choose the hotel where you are staying and the time at which you want to be collected. Next to the name of your hotel, you will see the meeting point that you need to attend.
Important information about the departure times from Reykjavik
On the timetables, there are two types of departure time: pick up and departure.
The times shown in the pickup column refer to the collection times from the different meeting points which take place 30 minutes before the departure from Reykjavik bus station to Keflavik.
The times indicated in the departure column correspond to the specific departure times from Reykjavik bus station to Keflavik.
Please bear in mind that the journey from the assigned meeting point (pick up time in the timetables) to Keflavik airport takes around 75 minutes, depending on traffic. If, for example, your flight departs at 2:30 pm and you want to be at the airport approximately two hours before, at around 12:30 pm, you must reserve the pick up for 11 am.
Important information: if your accommodation is located in the Hafnarfjordur zone, halfway between the city and the airport, you must attend the meeting point at the time indicated in the departure column.
Return journey
When making the reservation, you must choose a time and destination for the journey from the airport to Reykjavik. You must also indicate the pick point for the return journey to the airport.
Pick up points in Reykjavik
- When making the reservation you will see a list of most of the hotels in Reykjavik. Next to the name of your hotel, you will see the closest designated pickup point. As many of the streets around the city center are not accessible by vehicle, it is possible your designated bus stop will be a nearby location rather than the hotel itself. All our designated stops are allocated a different number which you can check in the map.
- For example, if you choose "100 Iceland Hotel, Laugavegur 100 (Bus Stop no 10 - Hlemmur)", you must be ready at bus stop number 10 (Hlemmur) at the chosen time. You will find details about the location of the stop on the confirmation of the reservation.
Important information
Please note: stop 7 (Traðarkot) is out of service. Stop 6 (Safnahúsið/Culture House) can be used instead, or see other alternative stops via this link.

Upon booking, if there is a minor it is important that there be at least one accompanying adult within the same booking.

- A safe distance of one metre between clients will be maintained whenever possible.

- All those running the service (guide, driver etc...) will wear a mask throughout its duration.
- Handing out of printed material such as maps or brochures will be avoided.
- The transport used will be disinfected before and after each service and deep-cleaned every 24 hours.
- Showing your voucher on your phone will be enough, and it is not necessary to print anything.
