Masada and the Dead Sea Day Trip Itinerary
We will collect you from your chosen meeting point in Tel Aviv early in the morning before heading into the Israeli desert on the start this approximately 9-hour trip.
Our first stop is at the Masada cable car (known as the cableway) which we will catch to the summit of the hill. There we visit the remains of the palace of Herod and the synagogue that was besieged for months by Roman troops. The archaeological site also conserves the vestiges of public buildings such as the baths, which were extremely popular in ancient times.
In the afternoon, we will continue through the desert to the Dead Sea where you will take a fun dip. Its peculiar salty water allows you to float on the surface. The sensation you feel is like you are lying down in a bed, reading a book. Undoubtedly, you will have an unforgettable experience in this unique inland sea in the middle east.
After taking the chance to swim in the legendary waters, we will make a stop at Ahava, a company known for its incredible cosmetic products made using Dead Sea Minerals, before catching the bus for our return journey to the meeting point in Tel Aviv, where we arrive at the end of the afternoon.

- This trip departs from Tel Aviv, but there is also the option to take the same tour departing from Jerusalem.
