Find out why they were so interested in the territory as you continue your journey past La Orotava, the highest municipality in Spain. Then, head towards Mount Teide, the island’s enigmatic volcano, which is one of the highest in the world. Discover its history and admire its ravines and moon-like landscapes as you explore the Teide National Park.
Next, visit the charming towns of Garachico and Icod de los Vinos. Icod de los Vinos is home to the Drago Milenario, a beautiful 800-year old tree autochthonous of the island. Afterwards, head back to your hotel, where you will be dropped-off.
South Tenerife Tour
Begin this private day trip by boarding a comfortable vehicle from your hotel and heading to the picturesque locality of Vilaflor, the highest town in Spain and located very near the impressive Mount Teide. After enjoying the unique volcanic landscape, you will be driven to Masca, home to spectacular cliffs where the pirates would hide their treasure.
We'll head towards the Los Gigantes cliffs, which are between 300 and 600 metres high! Then we'll visit La Arena beach and border the island’s southwest coast until we get to Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos, two of the most touristic areas of Tenerife.
