Step back to Medieval Times with this guided tour of Girona and Pals, plus visit a typical bodega and give your tastebuds a treat with a wine and liqueurs tasting.
Girona Day Trip & Wine Tasting
After picking you up, we'll head towards Pals. This charming village in Girona seems frozen in time, specifically in the Middle Ages. Enclosed within centuries-old walls, we'll discover its historic centre, where picturesque arches and gates adorned with a multitude of flowers stand out against the stone walls.
After more than an hour's visit, we'll head to the city of Girona, where you'll be able to take photos of its colourful bridges and step on one of Gustave Eiffel's first works! The creator of the famous Parisian monument designed the Iron Bridge a few years earlier.
The views from this structure are picturesque, to say the least! You'll see the historic centre framed by the Jewish quarter and just below it, the river Oñar flows, reflecting the colourful buildings in its waters.
On our way out of the city, a traditional wine cellar awaits us for a delicious wine and liqueur tasting. You can drink as many as you like and feel the joy radiating down your cheeks.
The tour will end taking you back to the pick-up points around 7 pm.
