On this trip to the Tianzi Mountain, you'll go up the Bailong Elevator and enjoy a cable car ride over the Avatar landscape. You'll also cross the world's longest glass bridge!
Tianzi Mountain & Glass Bridge Private Tour
We'll pick you up at 8:30 am from your hotel and set off on our private tour of Zhangjiajie. Our first stop will be the Bailong Elevator, a glass lift built on the side of a huge cliff that will take us up to Yuanjiajie. Did you know this landscape inspired the movie Avatar?
After taking some impressive pictures, we'll hit the road again. Our next destination will be the Tianzi Mountain, 1212 metres tall! As we explore its surroundings, we'll tell you why this famous mountain was named after Xiang Dakun, leader of the Tujia ethnic group. Then we'll head back down the mountain by cable car and head to a local restaurant so you can get something to eat.
After lunch, we'll go to the Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge- the longest glass bridge in the world! Looking straight down at the 360-metre drop below our feet will be a unique experience - you'll feel like you're floating! We'll also enjoy spectacular views of the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon on the other side of the bridge.
At the end of the tour, we'll take you back to your hotel at around 4:30 pm.
All of our providers comply with local legislation and applicable health recommendations regarding protective material and safety to help avoid the spread of Covid-19.
