Visited on a lovely Autumn day; had booked tickets beforehand, but unfortunately not printed the ‘receipt’ which caused delay. Had it been a busy day with a queue, I would have been very unpopular. Ticket assistant helpful. Enjoyed the tour, but decided to just enjoy the Rooms without recorded tour details. We also appreciated at the end entering the Abbey garden and enjoying the beautiful colours of gorgeous trees .
