The experience was a 10/10. Bibyss, our wonderful guide, spoke to us in Spanish and gave us clear instructions. I was with my 74-year-old father. We had a fantastic time. They allowed us to swim in the river, and my husband and daughter jumped into the water from a height that made it even more exciting. It's a company that prioritizes the safety and cleanliness of its equipment. The scenery is beautiful. And the entire staff is friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them. (More than a Díaz rating.)
The experience is highly recommended, a great time full of laughs thanks especially to our monitor/guide Mimi, she treated us very well, integrated herself as one of the group and made the tour very enjoyable.
It was a lot of fun and our instructor spoke Spanish, which made it easier.
