After meeting your guide at the scheduled time in Via Reale Basilica, the most important street in the town, you'll begin your private tour of Monte Sant'Angelo.
Your first stop will be exploring the historic neighbourhood of Junno, where you'll be enchanted by the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore, which dates back to the 11th century. Head inside to admire the spectacular Byzantine-style frescos.
You'll then make your way to the Sanctuary of Monte Sant'Angelo, which has been one of Italy's most important pilgrimage destinations since the Middle Ages.
