Me encantó todo PERO les dejo este consejo si NUNCA han hecho Snowboarding y quieren vivir la experiencia quédense todo el día en Farellones. Farellones es un parque para niños, si bien el guía nos persuadía a quedarnos allí, decidimos subir a valle nevado. Los precios muy elevados! Hay que ir preparado. Mal, la verdad el chico nos dijo que nos pasaba a buscar a las 5am y en la aplicación salía 07:30, tuvo problemas con el auto y pasó casi a las 6 por nosotros. Y de vuelta el auto se rompió y estuvimos 1hora y media esperando que viniera otra camioneta por nosotros. Un desastre! Los lugares nada que ver con las fotos que se ven. No tienen nada para hacer, no volvería a esta excursión y no la recomiendo.

It was awful. The guy told us he'd pick us up at 5:00 AM, but the app said 7:30 AM. He had car trouble and didn't arrive until almost 6:00 AM. On the way back, the car broke down, and we waited an hour and a half for another van. A complete disaster! The places were nothing like the pictures. There's absolutely nothing to do. I wouldn't do this tour again, and I don't recommend it.

la programación muy compleja, hora de citación fue a las 5:30 y fueron avisando retrasos por cambio de transporte en la mañana y solo pasaron una hora después para la recogida incial, posteriormente y llegando sin novedad a Valle Nevado pero un pasajero notó un olor extraño en la VAN (a quemado) y en la bajada de Farellones a Barnechea el vehículo volvio a tener un olor más fuerte y un ruido fuerte en la rueda izquierda por lo que el conductor ) bajó a los pasajeros y hubo que esperar otra VAN

The scheduling was very complex; the scheduled pick-up time was 5:30, and they kept announcing delays due to a change in transport throughout the morning. They only arrived an hour later for the initial pickup. Afterwards, we arrived in Valle Nevado without incident, but a passenger noticed a strange smell in the van (like something was burning). On the descent from Farellones to Barnechea, the vehicle again had a stronger smell and a loud noise from the left wheel, so the driver made the passengers get out, and we had to wait for another van.

Desastrosa gestión de la empresa. Queríamos ir con 3 amigos y me enviaron en una van sola porque me estaba hospedando en otro barrio. Por suerte los coordinadores me dejaron cambiarme de van durante el viaje. Los coordinadores muy amables pero la empresa no la recomiendo para nada. Dicen que el tour empieza 7.30 pero en realidad te buscan a las 5 am y ni siquiera pasan por tu hospedaje. Son muy groseros contestando los mensajes. Pésimo servicio
