Starting at the kiosk check in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The transportation process was simple and fluid. Our tour guide Lewis was amazing. Very well english speaking with a great sense of humor. His knowledge of the island made our trip incredibly memorable and he was able to answer all questions we had about the island.
