Discover the many colours of Japan on this day trip to Farm Tomita, Shikisai-no-oka and Blue Pond - they'll take your breath away!
Blue Pond Hokkaido Day Trip
We'll meet at Sapporo Station at the scheduled time and set off on a two and a half hour bus journey to Farm Tomita.
During the journey we'll give you a box of sushi to eat whenever you want. Once we get into the Hokkaido region and head towards Tomita, we'll start to see the extensive lavender fields. We'll spend two hours delighting in the aroma of these beautiful Japanese flowers and exploring the area.
Next, we'll head to Shikisai-no-oka, a magnificent landscape of multi-coloured, flower-covered hills. We'll enjoy the Tokachi mountain range for half an hour before making our way to our next stop, the Blue Pond, near the city of Biei. This man-made pond was a happy accident resulting from works on the River Bei that created a breathtaking deep blue pond that is now a tourist attraction!
Lastly, we'll stop at the Furano Marche shopping and leisure centre. After relaxing there for half an hour, we'll return to Sapporo.
